1. General

BlockThreat provides analysis, reporting, and intelligence related to blockchain security incidents, vulnerabilities, research, phishing, scams, and other security topics.

3. Proprietary Rights and Copyright
All content published by BlockThreat, including but not limited to newsletters, articles, analysis, research summaries, archives, datasets, graphics, and multimedia content is owned by BlockThreat and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Use of BlockThreat services does not grant any ownership rights in the content. BlockThreat reserves the right to enforce these rights and pursue appropriate legal or equitable remedies in the event of unauthorized use or distribution.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must access and use BlockThreat services and content responsibly and only as permitted under their subscription tier. Access to content and the rights granted under a subscription tier apply only while the subscription is active; upon expiration or termination, all rights to access and use paid content under that tier end.
The following activities are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing:
- Automated access, including scraping, crawling, bulk downloading, data extraction, mirroring, or use of automated tools, scripts, or bots.
- Circumventing subscription restrictions or attempting to access content beyond your tier permissions.
- Use of content to train, fine tune, or augment machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
- Incorporation of content into datasets, databases, public, or commercial products.
- Unauthorized sharing of paid content or copyrighted material.
- Any other misuse or abusive behavior that violates these Terms.
Reports of violations may be sent to admin@blockthreat.com. BlockThreat reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations and may pursue any legal or equitable remedies and cooperate with law enforcement as required.
5. Paid Services and Subscriptions
BlockThreat offers subscription tiers that provide access to premium content. Access and billing are managed through the platform used by BlockThreat.
Tier Specific Permissions
Free Tier
Access to content explicitly designated as public by BlockThreat. Access is limited to personal, non commercial research and learning. Use by or on behalf of any organization, redistribution, or commercial use is not permitted.
Individual / Researcher Tier
Access is limited to personal, non commercial research and learning. Use by or on behalf of any organization, redistribution, or commercial use is not permitted.
Team / Commercial Tier
Content may be shared internally within your organization for operational, security, or compliance purposes. External redistribution or resale is prohibited.
Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) Tier
Access is for internal use by authorized security, compliance, or operational teams for incident investigation, mitigation, and response. Content may be shared within the organization or with trusted partners involved in response. Redistribution outside the organization or resale is prohibited.
Enterprise / Intelligence Partner Tier
Content may be used internally for organizational security, threat intelligence, investigation, and compliance. Sharing is limited to designated teams. Redistribution or resale outside the organization is prohibited.
Use beyond the permitted scope of your subscription tier requires explicit written permission or a separate license from BlockThreat. Access to content and the rights granted under a subscription tier apply only while the subscription is active. Upon expiration or termination of a subscription, all rights to access and use paid content under that tier end.
Legacy subscriptions imported from previous platforms are honored through the end of their current billing period. Continued access to paid content after that period requires an active subscription under current tiers.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
BlockThreat services are provided on an as is and as available basis. BlockThreat makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content.
Reliance on any information provided by BlockThreat is at your own risk. BlockThreat is not responsible for any losses, damages, or harm resulting from use of the services or reliance on content.
BlockThreat does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.
7. Links to Third Party Websites
The service may include links to external websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. BlockThreat is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third party websites. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk.
8. Modifications to Services and Terms
BlockThreat reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of its services at any time. These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of the services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, your only remedy is to discontinue use of BlockThreat services.
